| Deep Purple – Woman from Tokyo Lyrics | 14 years ago |
This famous best selling song is about devotional meditation (a whole new tradition, i feel it in my heart, she makes me see, etc). Various references to techniques and effects. Very obvious to someone who has had this same experience. Conclusion - At least one of the composers (listed above) who wrote the words received spiritual initiation in Tokyo, or else through a Japanese friend. |

| Yes – Heart of the Sunrise Lyrics | 14 years ago |
It refers to the meditation experience. Heart of the Sunrise is the "after-effect-poise" at the conclusion where you suspend/stop the techniques, and let the interior guide you to the inner light without effort, like running to the edge of a cliff with a hang glider and jumping. The lyrics of the song mean nothing to the average person unless they have had this experience. |
