some of you may be correct on the meaning . angel dust as a whole has brought me threw many troubled times in life esp. in my teenage years and early 20s . this is just 1 of many killer tracks on this album. the song to me. which this is just me. means about the mother of your unborn child having an abortion. i use to be pro-choice . until my 1st fiance had an abortion that i didnt want her to have . you would never no or have a true and honest opinion of this subject unless youve lived it. everythings ruined now everythings ruined. just my personal experience and an example of a coping mech. for me. music has helped me threw alot of hard times and im not talking about hootie and the blow me fish. keep it real ya ll. turn on the radio naa f it . turn it of ! rage back against the mainstream sellout machine. peace ! |

danredding- u are 100% correct in ur comment ! faith no more is my favorite band of all time . also . i like all of there albums . even before the super intelligent genius mike patton joined the band . faith no more was one of his favorite bands before he joined and he use to watch them play out. my favorite albums are the last 3 after the real thing. i do but dont understand how these masterpiece albums were created but were never mainstrem and popular . especialy in the states. pepole are so narrow minded and if they dont like sumthing that isnt catchy or "NORMAL" they dont even give it a chance. but actually thats a good thing because it makes us that more open minded and creative as the music we are listening to.bands like linkin park are so cheesy fake and complete sellouts . but thats what your everyday numbnuts want to here. anyway no matter if a band tells you the reasoning behind a song or the meaning . who cares . its what it means to you or the essence the song gives you. maynard james keenan said it best . vocals are and can be just another insturment in the song itself. pepole try band look to deep into what a song means. hell kirk cobain use to hurry up and write lyrics on the way to the studio to actually record tracks.the main thing ive learned over the years is . its the music you still like 10-15 years later that is the real thing. no pun intended . lol . head-up to all you FNM fans u pepole know what real true good music is ! thank u , thank u very much |
