| To me this song sounds like someone who is lost in their own Wonderland. Her fantasy is being corrupted and twisted, but no matter how much it changes and is frightening she keeps traveling deeper and deeper into her dark desires. She dives and plunges into the darkness without a second thought, like an innocent child, and even though she is stained with blood and tears she's still smiling because all she sees is her dreamland, her Wonderland. This poor little girl is insane and domed to wonder around inside her head following the white rabbit which is just the darkness taking shape trying to lure her in. My take on this is mostly just based on the chorus which is my favorite part. I know my interpretation is wrong, but thats how the song makes me feel, and I like it. | |
