Okay, I had to create an account just to tell you how wrong I feel you are. I think xosnoopy is right in saying that she had once again found God. "You can learn to fly, just call His name" By calling His name and finding Him, He will raise you up. "Suddenly I wonder why I feel so alone, I know there's something out there" She feels empty and alone without Him yet she knows that He's there. "Thought I'd suck it up and do it all on my own, wish I'd known He does care" She tried to fill the emptiness on her own and looking back she wishes that she would have known He truly does care. "Where do we go? Call out His name. Lift up our hands, completely ashamed. Give it all up, dropping our pride. Rip us apart, change us on the inside." She knows that He can help her and she has been blind not to see His presence. She's giving up her pride and asking Him to turn her heart towards Him. "Now change us now (we cry out to you we fall on our knees)" She's giving her all, begging God to change her heart so she can find Him in her life again. You are completely entitled to your opinion, this is just my personal view on the song's meaning, but there's no need for you to determine whether or not others' judgements are clouded. You didn't write the song, so there's no way you can be so sure of everything. Just saying.
