Always be one of my favourite songs from Matt Corby . Think its about when he was playing music when younger and not getting satisfaction out of it having to play for people the "kings & queens" but found the people who were really listening were the "beggars & thieves" the ones that mattered because they had nothing to gain other than just being happy for that short time while listening their "pain faded away". Such a powerful lyrical song |

Such a beautiful song and anyone that has seen Matt live knows what its about,he talks about it openly & with such emotion, wonder if he ever regrets not reading the rest before it hits the flame because he will never know what it held |
