This song has obvious relation to the defoliant used by the american troops in the Vietnam war, even listening to the track they give the vocal bridge in the song a radio-like quality and the sounds of helicopters rotor sounds can be heard throughout, "ive got my spine, ive got my orange crush" for me this sounds like the soldier with the agent orange holds the power/courage- linked to having his spine, conclusion drawn from the inverted saying of calling a person "spineless" meaning they are perhaps cowardice awesome song |
