There's something I don't get. Are the lyrics "let's act like children 'while we sleep paralyzed'" Or is it 'while we sleep paralyze' without the past tense? 'Cause that doesn't make any sense can someone please explain that? :p

Actually if I may theorize this better yet what I believe may be close to if not exactly the real description of it. Maybe being drunk is part of the delusion. Maybe the song prior to this, Pariah, has something to do with this instrumental, i.e. delusions are meant to justify the things you do, so you are driven by a mental state of intoxication. That's just my opinion though.

Okay first of all this song is the shit, not gonna lie, it's my third favorite song and I didn't use to like hip-hop/rap music. What I think this song is saying is, besides the fact that it relates to his other songs, that he's saying "fuck you" to people who hate on him and that it doesn't stop him riding the plane that his is life in which he chooses to live in; "This plane" is referring to his own life, and I think he does a great job interpreting that (in a rapper's way of course). Either that or when he refers planes he's saying he's at the top of his game, making money and being famous and flyin' high like a plane 'cause that's how high and mighty he is, livin' the rapper's dream, without a care of what other people say about him (of course because when you've got all the money you can get you don't give a fuck what the haters say). Now the chorus I think really kindof defines the whole message of the song... "Don't know what they hatin' for Just getting my paper" of course you should know what that means... "Well maybe they'll love me more when I'm gone" maybe people will respect and look up to him when he's rich and famous and living the dream... "I don't want to leave but I need to It's such a shame They gon' miss this plane" he's moving on from his normal life and becoming the one thing he always wanted to do, if you don't like it then oh well I'm gonna be out there doing my thing and inspiring my fans. "Stuck alone in this way of grace Say I'm living too fast, don't plan on changing my pace Got one foot on the gas, it's neva in need for brakes" even if you think he's wasting his time and money he still won't change his ways or stop doing what he's doing, what he's inspired to do. And the rest is all the stuff he's living the dream by, making sweet money, drinkin' some champagne and having a great time. Wiz Khalifa seriously speaks to me, and I usually don't pay attention to lyrics from rap and hip hop songs I just listen to the music, but I'm just throwing that out because this song is absolutely BOMB! TGOD!! <3
