Really worried about this one when i started reading the comment I thanked the God of In Flames that someone pointed out the true lyrics of the chorus "It's in my hands, the sky, so bright it's burning. It's for me to decide, if flames will reach heaven tonight" Look at the book people the posted lyrics are one hundred percent accurate. As far as meaning I agree with most of it being a reflection of Anders' hardships in life albeit I believe the words express a figure of power and authority either a cry of protest towards a controlling person or a declaration of Anders' sense of power achieved by overcoming his obstacles. |
