For me this is about after a relationship, that the first person (the one singing) is telling the other that they're over them and how there relationship was a waste. How they came out of it with nothing. Also how the second person is trying to win them back, but the first person doesn't want to go back. Also from the chorus 'Stop chasing every little thing that sparks You'll carry all you ever need in your heart' That the second person feels lost without the first person, so feels they need to be in a relationship to be happy and is looking for anyone who shows the slightest amount of interest in them. The first person is telling them to stop, because you don't really love them and that the pain from hurting everyone they don't care about will remain. Either way it could mean that the first person is telling the second person to listen to there heart and find someone that will help them and who they can 'carry them in their heart' |

| It's a lovely song to listen to. Gemma has a beautiful voice. For me this song is about a girl who is in love with this guy who doesn't know she exists. When listening to this I can't help but think about The Fisherking and Teddy's love for Lydia. How at the start he fell in love with her by just watching her and how he learned so much from just seeing her every day. Being able to tell how she's feeling by her actions and how even though he never spoke to her, just seeing her makes his day so much better. I recommend that everyone goes and sees that film to understand what I'm talking about. | |
