| I agree here and disagree with the previous post. I don't think I have ever heard one of their songs that trashes anyone's faith, including Christianity. If anything, a lot of their songs are very spiritual. Wheter Dave curses his ass off at cocnert, drinks whiskey, and might have smoked a bowl or two has nothing to do with whether he belives in God, is a Christain, or is spiritual, despite everyone wanting to label people of faith as hypocrites if their behavior does not accord with the critic's view of how they are supposed to act, etc. How about when he says "Hook me up a new evolution cause this one is a lie...." in Learn to Fly? Sounds pretty direct to me. He also talks about angels in that song. | |
