| This is definately about being in a relationship with a girl who is cutting. It's about caring about her when she can't see that he is. The lines "my feelings are more important than yours" and "drop dead, I don't care, I won't worry, there you go" is a sarcastic statement. He is saying this to the girl like it's what she wants to hear from him as if he's been telling her to stop because he cares about her and she's probably getting mad. So by sarcastically saying that he doesn't care if she dies and following it with "there you go" he's kind of showing her how stupid that sounds. Then at the end he says "sweetheart, your feelings are more important of course" the of course is just showing that the previous statement was sarcastic. | |
