| That is a brilliant analysis of the song. I think you're absolutely right! It makes total sense in the video that the voodoo man would be the cheated-on lover. He's in agony (shown in the violent dancing), he's hunting for answers and the truth (chasing her through the streets), and he's doing a voodoo doll of her because he's so angry and needs to lash out/hurt her back.
