Iv always loved this song, its one of my many favourites from the 80's era. I dont think the original meaning of the song is that important. People put their own meaning to the song on account of thier own personal experiance, especially the chorus. But i wonder if anyone knows this true fact about the song... Gold holds the record of holding the longest single note than any other song from the 80's era. Next time you hear the song, listen out for that note that's held for over 1 minute. |
