I'm not sure if this is correct, but I'll take a stab at it. I get the feeling this is about an affair coming to an end, and the person having the affair is trying to convince the other woman not to leave him. "Don't spend your time worrying about what's right." and "Imagine what you would say if she treated you this way" is his justification for being with someone else? Just a thought... |

Does anyone else hear the Pink Floyd influence in this song? I immediately thought of "The Trial" on The Wall when I heard this for the first time. Great song! |
