Wow...it's a fucking song....and had you read the above comments, then you wouldv'e noticed that ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM relates the song to Bush and his father. Not just me. And it can't be about fuckin Obama because HE hadn't been elected yet. I wasn't bashing Georgie Boy..but Mudvayne's lyrics are definitely political and that's how it sounds to me. Not like I wrote it. I could honestly care less. I just wanted to share my opinion on what it sounds like to me since everyone else seemed to have a similar view about it. And...just so you know...none of your comments made any sense at all. You sound like a raving idiot....did you vote for Obama? |

You don't have to take these songs so literally....perhaps that is why you are so unhappy..constantly feeling like ppl are hating on you just because they decided to sing about anti-depressants in a song....Drugs are everywhere and people can be addicted to something without even knowing it..whether it's taking Benadryls at night to sleep, or 3 or 4 tylenols every time you get a headache til eventually they don't work anymore so you take more....addiction is everywhere and people abuse things every day...doesn't mean she is bashing on you because you have a legit reason for taking something or anyone else who takes anti-depressants....it's just a fkn song...smile and be happy. |

Personally, I feel like this song is directed at George W. Bush...the lyrics are very powerful. I think he is referring to 9/11 and that perhaps Bush knew it was gonna happen the way it happened and it was a political move for a power gain, therefore giving us a "reason" to attack the Middle East again. He "did it" for his father...trying to finish was Sr. started. Bombs, Bullets, and blood....well we have certainly seen a lot of that since the "attack" on 9/11. (yeah I am a conspiracy theorist, and if you don't agree..that's fine. This is just my opinion. And everyone has one...so don't hate) |
