This lyrics of this song is about Anthony Kiedis being concerned with his addiction after the death of original guitarist Hillel Slovak. When he says 'Knock me down, I'm not bigger than life' he is referring to how when he is getting high, others should intervene to stop him from getting out of control and meet the same end as Hillel. |
