I've listened to the lyrics of the album and just read Nineteen Eighty Four, and I see a very strong connection through the lyrics of most of this album and 1984. For example the lyrics of Samsara is the slogan of the party, (with the exception of existence is suffering). Also the idea of being 'at war with an enemy who does not rest and will never relent' seems like the situation of war in 1984 where they are always fighting and will continue to fight because none of them will ever lose. |
