Hmm, well what I think is similar to what Sarahxxcyanide thinks. But I'm quite sure that the song is about not knowing or caring about what he thinks of a girl, because he's angry at her for saying cruel things to him - reference: Baby, everything you say, say Shoots me through the chest But I think he still likes her, because he calls her "baby".
