I dont know about you guys, but I like to think this whole album as a storyline. I knew it was a storyline even before they annnouncened they would make a movie with the same name. In this particular one the lyrics sound like they are talking about a guy (?Lee?) that is shut out from the world. Im floating, and somethings reaching out "Vibrations, can you hear them now Please help us, from the heavens on down Our footsteps, gods coming around" He comes to realise that his life wasnt actually that bad and that he took advantage of living. "Finally I get this feeling were all alone in one big world Just to realize that all these shapes and colors are so it doesnt hurt so badly" but thats my two cents and I could be wrong..but I love to think of the song in this way. |
