In my opinion, this song is about falling hard for someone you know in reality you can have. You try to forget about them and move on, but you always get caught up in him and fall even harder. I can defiently relate. Maybe it's about the same person as "Superstar", seeing that they are both sort of about the same thing? Regardless, it's a great song. Oerfect for slow-dancing. I haven't heard the original, but I LOVE Taylor's version, and she always does exceptional covers. |

I think this song is definetly about Taylor having a crush on someone whom she knows very well and has loved for a long time, but he likes a girl who doesn't deserve him. "She's never gonna love you like I want to" maybe there was something that happened with Taylor and the boy that made it so they couldn't be together??? It's far-fetched, but that line keeps throwing me off. |
