"I could build a fort And play all day Between your lips Let's stay here forever" seems like it s not one-sided as well :) also, i am quite sure that this song is one of the favourite of the band. wish u happiness all as much as this!! |

guys, sorry but it is not about love of someone... it is about falling in love with drugs... here we go: `Winded tongue ties from a Heatstruck heart` resembling the effects, possibly of dope.. `Are you still coursing through my veins Or is this rain` the main part which makes me think of the song written for dope, especially.. `If I could fall out Of love with you I need to fall out Of love with you Please let me fall out Of love with you` well i ll explain that part with lyrics of MGMT who are on LSD :) they say: `but really there is no trip at all, that doesn't result in a fall` the narrator wants to get rid of cause sooner or later, you get addicted, start to fall... `Ooh it's magic, We somehow imagined But I don't pretend to Know what's inside you` here it's more clear i guess.. love of someone isnt expected to magical.. it can be devastating, charming, awesome, brilliant but i have never heard of a love, which is magical :) and 'we somehow imagined' tells me about imagination, with hallucinations :) maybe im wrong, maybe right.. at first i thought the same with you guys, but then i realized its about something different :) anyhow, whatever it means, the song is touching and one of my favourite with a voice that I dont even need to comment :) |
