This has been my favorite song since the VMA's 2011. This song is about his drug abuse and alcoholism. He's saying his body is saying no, but he wants more. Meaning, the drugs and alcohol do bad things to your body but the addiction will eat you alive and you'll always want more of the drug/alcohol. I talked to the lead singer and thats exactly what he told me the song was about. :)
