I don't think the repetition of lyrics was meant to be "deuchy" or is "deuchy." I don't think they were doing it just to reference themselves. It isn't like they took lyrics from any of their older albums either. I think the reason for repeating some lyrics that were heard throughout the album (For example, "every tear a waterfall," that is written above, will appear again in Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall. Also, "It's just us against the world" is repeated in Major Minus.) is merely to show the connection between the two different characters and to bring their two stories, that eventually clash into one, full circle. The repetition of [those] lyrics must have some significance to the concept of the album. I don't think they would intentionally do it more than once just for kicks... or to be "deuchy." |
