'I find my love awake and waiting to be(made love to),now what can be done for you, she's waiting for me' I heard this was a referrence to the fact that on one occasion John found himself alone with Linda and apparently made a pass at her (tried it on) which she rejected. John left and when Paul returned she told him what had happened. So it's Paul saying 'yar boo sucks' she chose me over you! |

Sorry.. I have to point out.. you shouldn't look a gift horse in the MOUTH.. a referrence to not being rude enough to check a horses teeth (something people do when they BUY a horse) when it is being given as a present. I know I'm being pedantic and I agree with your interpretation:-) |
