| Iron & Wine – Muddy Hymnal Lyrics | 12 years ago |
| These were my thoughts exactly when i first heard this song! it just made me automatically conjure up this image of an archaic little place, and your right, as soon as you here him mention a telephone its a little jolt...he's such a clever lyricist, amazing how his words can paint the most detailed picture in your mind, but with such subtlety - truly amazing! And then he's got that incredible voice of his to go with it all! What a talent. | |

| The Wombats – Jump Into The Fog Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| i personally felt the lyrics were a lot to do with the sort of numb blank, joyless feeling or ` the fog` if u like, that you can feel when you are using some anti-depressant meds. I also thought that it was perhaps a sort of reaching out to others who are living with some form of depression and the increasing numbers of people who `jump into the fog' after being prescribed anti-depressants. | |
