Beautiful song but sad, when it is dark it is the end of the Earthly World. "but its gettin there". as far as the lyrics he still has the scars that the sun didn't heal. Substitute Son for sun. The Son of god didn't heal all his scars. Possibly Dylan is bitter about that-not sure. Great song anyway, it really adds to the movie Wonderboys. |
