Like you siad i too thought it was a sorta break up song... I never thought of it from the perspective of him singing to his fans. That is so sweet and make so much sense. It is a lovely song. |

I believe this song is being sung from Danny's point of view of being a love with a girl he knew/knows and this is sorta a "break up song" He is telling her basically you will always be mine but you don't belong to me anymore. It's that bitter sweet type of goodbye when you still love someone but know it's not gonna work. This girl seems to worship Danny for being such a musical genius (who wouldn't) It as though he is saying you always be special, but i want you to find happiness. We have created a life and now we have grown passed it all. It's such a lovely song, whatever the meaning is. Boingo is amazing. |
