| I believe he refers to himself as the Glass Passenger because of his state of being when he had cancer. Glass is referring to his state of health being fragile. Passenger is referring to the fact that he is/was along for the ride. He had no control over his fate, someone else was "at the wheel" so to speak. So to say he is the Glass Passenger is to say that he is in a fragile state and he has no control over the outcome. | |
