He says: my hands swollen, i cant keep holding on. he could just mean that he cant continue doing the stuff he did before. he is exhausted because he fights for a kind of aim, probably a woman. love is so dangerous because it can change a lot. it can make you do things you usually wouldnt do. he isnt himself anymore: he sees the lips moving but doesnt hear anything, he doesnt listen to anything. he slowly realizes that all of his struggle isnt worth anything because she doesnt seem to care about him. this could mean the stuff marks sings in the second refrain. |
