| In this song the guy is not singing about a girl he is talking about how love hurts but even thought it can be cruel we still need and want love even though it can take some time to find it. In the song it says, "I've been beaten down I've been kicked around," he is talking about how love hurts. Then the lyrics go on to say," She's all I need," he is adressing love because he says," they call her Love, Love, Love, Love, Love." right before he goes on to say that she is all I ever need.
