I think this is about a relationship where the guy constantly messes up, despite saying he'll change and things will get better. She just can't take it anymore and ends up ending the relationship and breaking his heart because he never really saw what was wrong. They're both hurt, but she needed to be happy somehow. The line "so I start a fight 'cause I need to feel something" could mean that she just doesn't feel happy anymore so being hurt and annoyed are the only other options. |
