Girls – Honey Bunny Lyrics 14 years ago
I don't think this song is really about immaturity but more about just Chis wanting unconditional love. He had this quote: "But it’s also saying that the value that I’m looking for is someone who loves me unconditionally. For example, like mommy." In that same interview, he said that he played the song for his mom because it was a way of forgiving her: http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2011/09/the-story-behind-the-loveliest-rock-album-of-the-year-so-far/245138/

Girls – Alex Lyrics 14 years ago
My favorite song on the new album. Christopher Owens says in this interview that it's about a hipster girl in San Francisco: http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2011/09/the-story-behind-the-loveliest-rock-album-of-the-year-so-far/245138/

Girls – Vomit Lyrics 14 years ago
Chris explained the title "Vomit" in this interview, as well as the rest of the songs on the album: http://www.theatlantic.com/entertainment/archive/2011/09/the-story-behind-the-loveliest-rock-album-of-the-year-so-far/245138/

"It reminded me of this proverb I was told a lot as a kid: As a dog returns to his vomit, so does a fool return to his folly. You can be very aware of how crazy you’re being sometimes, and be very aware of how you’re not able to help yourself."

He had some more stuff to say about the song too...
