The first line should read 'poker', which is card game. Almost every verse (maybe every verse) is about cocaine. Eskimo, hoping (not hopping) fall of snow... sea lion = C line.... Government? Anyway, 'bought a gee-gee' looks like another coke reference. Bag of cement is about the old gangster stories' murder tactic from the 1920s or 30s, also known as cement galoshes or cement overshoes. I think Paul was really into coke around this time.
