So beautiful. Simple to understand which makes it all the more lovely - the person he loves is with someone else now, and he's asking whether this new man knows her better than he did. And whether he makes her head spin... whether she is really crazy about him. I've been the girl in this situation, the one being asked these questions, and it's a very heartfelt, poignant song.
