ahhh, now i get it, i absolutely love this song, but please don't get confused... God is only in control if you put him in control of you life. also, nothing can just pass by God, he is in control, but that doesnt mean he chooses to control every situation...for instance, i lied to my momy today, since God has nothing to do with sin it was probably the devil's powers that tempted me, i chose to do the sin. i can put my life in the devil's control or God's. If God controlled everyone's life and decided individually who went to heaven and who went to hell, then there would be no reason for him to display his love and die on a cross, he displayed his deep love for everyone so they could have a choice so that "whoever believes in Him would not perish, but have everlasting life." |
