I think it's about a love-hate relationship, or about a relationship that she needs to end because the other person is selfish and egotistical. It actually reminds me of a relationship I had. My ex was very egotistical and constantly got praise, because he WAS great. But he was so conceited that his ego was too big, and treated me like crap. He had an "itinerary life" (always busy), and was very secretive as well. I think the "super light" is the fame and the adoration her partner is seeking, and Anya is singing that she is sick of it. |

| I think this song is referring to the end of a relationship that he does not want to leave. He wanted to stay and was willing to give himself to the other person ("if you go, then I'll go to"). He realizes the other person is too messed up ("now I see your heart, it's tattered and frayed"), and he can't stay, even though it's what he wants ("I'll wait by the ocean"... "This story is over now, I'll see that soon.") BUT, he also has hope for the future, or maybe the relationship? (the stars are out) | |

It's beautiful. I think it's about someone that is restless and a "free spirit" being in love but not wanting to settle down- thus "I'll quit these rambling ways one of these days soon.." She knows it can't work and is sad, but she's "not to blue to fly" ie keep moving, keep traveling. |
