wow. i love panda and avey's solo work, perhaps deakin is next. especially if it is well put together as this song. it's sort of like a mix of avey/panda, but i hear his style clearly. is there anything they put out now that doesn't sound like gold? i'm glad he made this, i'm looking forward to more deakin influenced songs! |

how has no one commented on this song? the beginning is just pure awesome, sounds like an 80s video game boss fight scene. i love how he openly evaluates his life through these lyrics, and in the end his conclusion to what matters most in life is keeping it simple. that's the thing with Panda Bear, his ability to translate dialogue into something lyrically meaningful. beautimus. |
