For me, this song symbolizes the balance of a relationship. The Knife is symbolizes an emotional weapon for hurting your partner, which happens in every relationship. The chorus is the re-claim between being hurt (or to hurt) and the positive aspects.. I guess, I cannot explain this in English :D But it's one of my favs! :) |
