I felt like this song was about unrequited love as well. I felt this EXACT way when I felt something for someone I knew I was not available to me and I was not available to him though at some level we wanted to be. It just wasnt in the cards at the time. It never will be. It hurts but the choices made benefited my family and I love them so much. This person has been a love of mine for a long time and will always be but I WILL do the right thing...raise my kids and respect my vows. :) Brandi has the greatest songs...<3 her.
