Its not about Josh. It was a song written about the entire band, and how they all have faith, but all of their personalities were clashing at the time, and Hayley felt isolated, and how she felt that all of the band members were being hypocritical. "next time you point a finger I'll point you to the mirror" Josh was angry at Hayley, Jeremy and Taylor at the time so I guess he interpreted it wrong, and just took it to mean him |

You are the most disgusting human. Why would you say this? I cannot comprehend why you would write this. This song means a lot to a lot of people, and has impacted their lives so much, and it is a way for Alex to express how he felt at the time, and now, people are able to know that there is comfort in this song, and to know that someone as famous as Alex Gaskarth knows what its like to have such tragedy. I'm not as low as to tell someone to go and commit suicide, I am much more understanding, and I wouldnt ever call them a worthless piece of shit who is taking up space in this world, and the oxygen they breathe. Even though you are the most disgustingly rude person, you are not worthless or a piece of shit. Go and seriously reconsider the way you treat people, because if you have no friends, which I suspect is very likely, this may be the reason why. Because you treat people so awfully. And maybe if you got your facts stright, you would know that when All Time Low recorded this song, they were only just beginning in their career, and they still werent the best they could be. If you compare their music from back then, to now, then you would notice how Alex's voice has improved and matured. Now that you probably havent read this, because I am an All Time Low fan, and I am "another one of pieces of shit thats taking up space and oxygen", and I am a person who actually has some feelings and respect for people, unlike you. But I have respect for All Time Low, and Alex Gaskarth for writing this song. It will always mean a lot to me, and a lot of other people. Fan or not. So think about all of this before you go and comment something as rude and disgusting as what you just did. |

This is one of the most amazing All Time Low songs ever written. The fact that Alex wrote a song like this that reflected the death of his brother is beautiful. This song is written in a way that can impact so many people, and on their lives with the suicide of people they know, it's not a song that specifies it was his brother. I recently talked to a girl who's best friend had commited suicide, and this song, that Alex wrote for his brother who had commited suicide, was played at his funeral |
