I'm just coming out of a chapter in my life where I was over thinking things, which kept me from doing my varsity work. "Numb is the new deep"... means not feeling anything is the best thing ever. Emotions just mess everything up. Trying to over analyze life, love. friends and all it's meanings just makes you sad. I spent a lot of time listening to sad songs hoping they'd make me feel better but I was wrong. "And look at the stars, Don't it remind you just how feeble we are?" ... wish upon a star and hope that things change. It's so funny when u think about it yet so deep :) |

| Just listen to that piano part... wow! It's the most subtle part of the song and yet with out it, the song wouldn't be what it is. Please listen to the song but pay close attention to the piano. I know it has no words but it's saying sooo much! I'm not sure what it means. But I'm trying to figure it. | |

It's a really intense song. For me the song speaks of how in her mind she has already lived and felt what it would be like to be with that guy and now she just want's it to be real. "... every feeling every word, I've imagined it all." But ultimately she's asking him to take a chance on love. It's all or nothing... but I hope you choose to give it your all. And "I promise I'm worth it.." |
