K this song frikkin ruelz... & as for the meaning it was based off of the book/movie called Johnny got his gun which is about a guy who is drafted during WWI and is hit by a mortar and is injured severely and gets his arms and legs amputated and loses sight speech, and hearing (Quoting the song here) but still alive and his life sucks. In the end he jerks up and down repeatedly and the doctors eventually find out he is saying K I L L M E in moors code. Its super depressing but I'm reading the book now and I find quotes that are used in the song, which is pretty kool

I agree with everyone who says its about having schizophrenia but it goes a little more in depth. Its about a guy who has schizophrenia and takes an overdose on aspirin to get rid of his dark side, goes to sleep, and wakes up in prison with bloodstains on his hands but doesn't remember a thing. Great song, I think its one of the most clever if not the most clever song in heavy metal. And a cool fact about the song, Dave got the name Sweating Bullets when reading an article in Reader's Digest.

This song IS about satan because when Dave says "The most beautiful angel" Satan in the bible is described of having extreme beauty to tempt people into fallowing him. But it does make sense if you relate the song to drugs or alcohol. Anyways Badasss song, probably the best song off of Risk.
