Actually i think this song and most of all, the video is about death and life. She is death and always behind him and his life, always ready to get him when he is weak. When he looks back its like he is aware that he must die, but he is fighting against it. Especially when she sings about dark doom and you see her appereance in the video i think its clear that death is always following you in life. At the end you can't do anything but give up like he does. He cries, falls on his knees and lets his face get kissed by her, the kiss of death. She looks in the camera as she wants to say to the watchers: I see you, i'm getting you too! |
