| actually you're both wrong. neyo wrote the song. he sent it to brandy to record as a demo and she did it.... and in the song she doesnt say katy she says shelly or some shit. then it was sent to rihanna who ultimately decided to record it for her album and did in fact change the name to katy in reference to one of her best friends katy perry.... so the real question is.. how do you say check your facts and be WROOOONNNNGGGGG | |

i believe Gin is in love with this guy but has been hurt so many times she is unwilling to enter a relationship she's seen this kind of love before which makes her more guarded. later in the song she starts to accept that this may be real and begins to let him in. yet she still feels like something may go wrong (is it too late to lose faith in everything working out right?) if he does hurt her she will be completely done (will we say forget or forgive for i cannot do that to love) overall this song is a brilliant display of a classic story told. |
