This song brings me to tears.. Its a beautiful song. And I think Akon should make more like it. I think its saying, just live life. Be free. Love everyone. Lifes too short. And this verse; "Can you believe we still around After so many hit the ground And we ain't gonna stop now until we get that Freedom" -I think is like war. Can you believe we're still going, after so many have died, and we're not going to stop because we're fighting for our freedom. Beautiful:) |

My interpertation of this song is that, the singer is telling his loved one that it's okay to let go. Because, she is giving up on something such as her dreams, or she needs to do something first before they can be together. Something personal that she needs to acomplish first. "you left your home you're so far from everything you know your big dream is crashing down and out your door wake up and dream once more" -She left everything that meant something to her. And she needs to revisit it. "WAKE UP AND DREAM ONCE MORE" He's telling her, I want you to do what you need to do. "come back when you can let go you'll understand you've done nothing at all to make me love you less" - He's saying, I love you so much, That i'll do anything for you. Even let go. And by you leaving, I understand and will love you no less. So do what makes you happy, and Come Back When You Can. Beautiful Song:) |
