I think this one is clearly about rehabilitation. My guess on why it is called "day four" and why this is mentioned at the end of the song: I often read that when you are trying to wean off a drug addiction or alcohol addiction, the first three days are the worst. |

I think this one is pretty straightforward. The narrator is kind of a lonely, solitary guy, who didn't think he could love. But then he found the one. And now he is ready to settle down, but he is waiting for the other one's sign. |
