| Honestly, I'm surprised nobody interpreted this like I did. To me, it seems like the song is about an ongoing cocaine addiction and the downward spiral it sends your life into. Every line in the song can be deciphered into the cocaine sense. "falling and losing control, pulling us dragging us down this dead end road" "your magic, white rabbit" is pretty self explanatory if you ask me.and "i wont be pushed aside, i will be heard, i will get what i want, what i deserve" sounds like a fiending cocaine addict who is determined to get his fix. "we follow, like alice" which i believe implies that only the weak fall victim to drug abuse, seeing as alice was a naive, trusting figure in the movie. being led on this adventure by many people/things (drugs). | |
