| James Brown – Get Up (I Feel Like Being A) Sex Machine Lyrics | 9 years ago |

The song's about goin' at it consistently and tirelessly until the job is properly done... like a sex machine... duh? If you listen to the rhythm section, you can hear that they practice what they preach. Oh, and when he starts randomly yelling "taste" (which is hilarious, by the way) I think he's also saying "piano" not "being". But he's pronouncing it "piana". Which I think would fit in with the way he talks. Plus right after he says that he begins hammering on the "piana" like a maniac... |

| I think he actually says "I can't divine". Going back to the crystal ball reference. Also, it sounds more like a "vee" when I listen close to it. | |
| Weezer – Say It Ain't So Lyrics | 14 years ago |

Should be: "Flip on the Tele' Wrestle with Jimi" The Tele' is a Telecaster guitar. Jimi is Jimi Hendrix. A friend had to point this out to me a while back, but it makes much more sense this way. He's playing guitar to try to take his mind of his problems. It's funny, there're a couple of Hendrix riffs in the song :-) |

| The Moody Blues – Question Lyrics | 14 years ago |
| A lot of people are thinking this is about a romantic relationship. I don't think so. Especially in the context of the album. He's using love in the same sense as in 1 Corinthians 13. The line, "All the love you've been giving has all been meant for you" is similar to the Beatles, "In the end the love you take is equal to the love you make". He's trying to come to grips with what seems like chaos in the world and embracing love. But he also implies that he's experienced this before, "You'd safely lead me to the land that I once knew". He's implying that this chaos is an illusion and we're on a path to rediscovering something that's always been here with us, unconditional love. | |
