Well, I think It wants to express this feeling of being excluded from society. You may know this feeling you can have if you are at some stupid dumbass party and look at these other people who seem to live their happy lives and have fun. But you feel sad about your inability of being happy at the moment or at all. You are just relieved if you can find someone you know for to stand there. I know this feeling a lot because I don't exactly like partys because I don't drink any alcohol which doesn't fit on matt but If you don't drink and see all the other guys having their courage from the bottle you sometimes feel like In the song because you can't stop thinking(off your dick, too). And soemtimes you think: Why the hell is there not a singular person that feels the same way and why don't I have the guts.
