The Cure – Just Like Heaven Lyrics 14 years ago
First of all, this is my favourite song of all time and I just about feel confident enough to comment on it after 1000+ times of listening to it incase i fuck this up so here goes :)
I think when listening to a song that is very close to your heart or you can relate to the lyrics in a song its very important not to look too deeply into the actual meaning of the song. The beauty of music is that you can take a song and interprete it however you want, if you are to take the lyrics just as Rob ment them then all we see is how he felt and not how he wanted us to feel when we listen to this song. Fair enough to get an idea about what he was talking about when he wrote it but if you can relate these words to your own life and connect them words to incidents in your life then the song becomes a lot more personal and can take you places that no other song can.

Jamie T – Sheila Lyrics 14 years ago
'Stella' = Stella Artois.
Sheila is an alcoholic i believe, and her life is going nowhere so what else to do that go and get drunk and stumble round in a life that has no aim ? Then Jamie talks about 'Jack', who is in a gang called the 'many grams', possibly a reference to a drug adiction that this character has. 'Well done Jack glug down that cider', yet another reference to alcohol and the character having no other things to do that to get drunk and fuck themselves over.
I agree with previous comments that this song is Jamie trying to say that people with drug addicting are looked on as bad people by most of society, and that most of them actually have a story and a reason of how they became like that, very sad song and the lyrics really hit home once you properly appriciate them.

Babyshambles – Fuck Forever Lyrics 14 years ago
I listen to this song after arguments etc.
My take on the lyrics were that Pete is taking the word 'forever' and saying 'fuck it'. Pete basically saying that people should stop concentrating so much about whats going to happen and just enjoy right now. Also the line 'im so clever, but clever aint wise', could be a reference to Pete gaining 7 A*s at school and the media now calling him stupid for the habits he involves himself in. Dont know the real meaning but i just took it as that meaning, anyway the best Babyshambles song by far.
